The Space:

Elanora is a light-filled, modern coastal apartment designed for easy holiday living. Located within the Breakers Resort, it sits directly opposite Pippi Beach—just a few barefoot steps across the road.



The apartment is all on one level and features a relaxed open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning and a full dining table. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the resort grounds, where refreshing afternoon breezes flow through and create the perfect setting for slow coastal days.



The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking (please note there is no dishwasher).



There are two bedrooms: a master with a king bed and a second bedroom with two king singles. A central bathroom completes the apartment, thoughtfully positioned for easy access from both bedrooms.



Please note the internal laundry with washer/dryer is located on the lower level of the apartment, with stair access between the garage and the main living level above.



Park the car in the secure lock-up garage on the lower level and enjoy the ease of walking everywhere during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the apartment, garage and balcony, as well as access to the shared resort facilities including the swimming pool, spa and BBQ area.

Elanora is perfectly positioned in one of Yamba’s most desirable beachside locations. Directly opposite Pippi Beach, it’s ideal for morning swims, long beach walks or drifting off to sleep with the sound of waves in the background.

A relaxed 10-minute stroll takes you into the heart of Yamba, where you’ll find award-winning cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and the iconic Pacific Hotel overlooking the ocean.



Getting Around:

Once you arrive, you can park the car and enjoy everything on foot. The beach is directly across the road and town is an easy walk away. For exploring further afield, a car is helpful but not essential.

No parties, events, loud music, or disruptive behaviour

No school leavers bookings permitted

No pets allowed
