The Space:

Absolute Beachfront Location- Wake up to breathtaking, uninterrupted ocean views and the sound of the waves. With Yamba Main Beach right on your doorstep, you can be on the sand within moments.



Two Levels of Ocean Views- Spread across two levels, the home is thoughtfully designed for families and groups. Three bedrooms are located downstairs, while the spacious open-plan living area upstairs takes full advantage of the spectacular coastal outlook.



Three Comfortable Bedrooms- All three bedrooms are conveniently located on the lower level. Two enjoy beautiful ocean views, while the spacious master features a king bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two single beds.



A family bathroom services the bedrooms, with an additional toilet conveniently located on the top level next to the living room.



Light-Filled Open-Plan Living- Upstairs, the generous open-plan living area is the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the view. A separate powder room adds extra convenience.

Please note that there is no yard at the property, so dogs will need to be taken with you when you head out to explore. Dogs must not be left unattended at the property at any time.

Guest Access:

Guests may access the premises from a lock box at the front door. Your holiday starts as soon as you arrive at this highly coveted address.



The Neighborhood:

Clarence St is one of Yamba's favourite holiday streets. Indigo Terrace One is located directly on Main Beach and overlooking the tennis court. It's walking distance to town and all of Yamba's boutiques and restaurants. The iconic Pacific Hotel is 250m away.



Getting Around:

Once you arrive at Indigo Terrace One, you can park your vehicle away and you won't need it again. The heart of Yamba town and the restaurants and bars are all walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Stairs & Access- Please note that access to Indigo Terrace One requires stairs to reach the apartment. There is also an internal staircase connecting the two floors of the home, so the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



Pet Friendly

You’re welcome to bring up to two dogs under 20kg.

We simply ask that pets are kept off all furniture and linen and that guests take responsibility for keeping the property clean and cared for.

Please note there is no yard at the property, so pets will need to accompany you when you head out. Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time.
