Large Penthouse apartment in the heart of Yamba's CBD. Immerse yourself in all that Yamba has to offer from this extremely central location. This spacious, light-filled two storey penthouse with multiple living areas and expansive outdoor entertaining area overlooks Yamba's main street and is equipped with everything you need for your Yamba escape.

The Space:
The large apartment is a short walk to the beaches, cafes, shops and the river. We have free off-street parking for two vehicles in an undercover carport, but you won't need your car on this trip. The property is spacious with three large bedrooms, 2.5 modern bathrooms, a large chef's kitchen, full laundry, BBQ, Linen, Wifi and all the amenities you'll need on your stress-free holiday.

Bedding configuration: All bedrooms are on the lower floor and enjoy queen size beds. The master bedroom overlooks the main street, enjoys aircon, a walk-in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom overlooks the main street with airconditioning and the third bedroom is to the rear. The second and third bedrooms share the spacious family bathroom. The second living room with large smart TV is in the centre of the bedrooms on this bottom floor. The open plan living, dining and outdoor entertaining area are upstairs.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is about as central as you can get. It's located on the main street and is walking distance to all five of Yamba's major beaches, the cafes, the restaurants, the Pacific Hotel, the Lighthouse and of course everything in town.

Getting Around:
You will be able to walk to everything from here. Should you wish to take your vehicle further afield we have easy off street, under cover parking for two cars.

Other Things to Note:
Strictly no parties, pets, schoolies, smoking, vaping or loud music.
