“We really enjoyed our one night stay at this delightful hotel. Service was excellent. Because the hotel was very crowded, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we were given drink coupons and sent to the bar. Everything was very clean. “In-och-utcheckning var långsam, och ena tjejen var inte speciellt trevlig. Men hotellet ligger fint, med en fantastisk utsikt. Rummen är stora och har allt man kan önska sig, dock känns en mindre mögellukt I badrummet. Bra frukostbuffe med allt man kan önska sig. Prisvärt.”

“We had two ocean view rooms at the 22th floor which are nice . Sunrise is amazing to watch . Soft bed , great mattresses . The reason I gave two stars is because the manager of the hotel decided to turn off the A/C even tho it’s 25-28 degrees Celsius in the room . We went to the front desk twice . They just won’t turn on the A/C citing it’s not hot outside ……. There’s no need for A/C. We are all sweaty and didn’t even sleep well. “I've mixed feelings about this hotel, the rooms are excellent, very comfy, clean and spacy and we got an upgrade without asking for it. But the air condition was set on +27C and you couldn't change it, only turn it off. However, we were lucky as it was -2C and strong winds outside. On the other hand, the lobby and restaurant was freezing cold, the personell in the lobby was even wearing coats. They were though very service minded. I may think of returning, but in summer time, please!”
