“Great location - close to the beach (2 min drive) and to near by towns for shopping and food. Kayaks was a nice touch! The place was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, we did notice an odour throughout the stay. We found that by opening windows, running the fan and using a candle, we were able to reduce it.”

“Property was lovely, they’d added even more amenities than when we booked, it was wonderful. My only suggestion is to write down your check in code or the wifi BEFORE you get there, we had no service until we were able to access wifi so couldn’t access any messages to reach out, thankfully we saw another guest after 10-15mins and they gave us the wifi. Other than that the stay was lovely.”

“Beautiful view and cozy cottage for two couples. Walkable to downtown. We were able to watch the fishing boats come in to the wharf from the deck.”

“Just a wonderful little town. We (4 of us) traveled to 4 Canadian provinces and we loved each one. Shelburne pace was just what we needed before coming home via the Ferry. It was so nice to settle in to this charming home. We were so happy to relax in such a nice space. Terrific communication with Dave! Thanks for everything…we’d love to return someday:)”

“Renter Beware! This property is nothing like it is advertised. Forget the view from the deck, there isn't one. The pictures online show a clear view of the property, front and back with the house showing no overgrowth, but you can't even see the front door from the street it is no overgrown.. It was so bad the front door was nailed shut - a fire hazard at best - molded deck and back wall, smelled of mildew and mold inside. The linens looked dirty and like they were 20 years old. It was hot but...
