Things that could be improved: - better sound insulation for the balcony doors/windows due to traffic noise - vacuuming and mopping the floors 1-2 times a week for customers staying for a week or more, would be appreciated”

“Bra läge. 15-20 min promenad till Flinders. Spårvagn utanför hotellet. Lite halvdåligt städat. Balkongen hade inga möbler och var inte fräsch. Vi fick väldigt bra hjälp av en tjej i receptionen när det strulade med vår hyrbil”

“The hotel room was clean, had basic amenities and lovely music playing when we arrived. I found the pillows to be a little too low/soft, too high with 2 pillows, it was otherwise great. the carpet in the hallway could do with a re pull as it has bumps all over and could be a tripping hazard. This was not the case on other floors so they coud be updating the carpet. ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Quest Mont Albert, I had been meaning to try this one for a while and it definitely didn't dissapoint. The staff here are really nice and looked after me so well. Room was fantastic, strongly recommend staying with these guys.”

“If you need somewhere for the whole family to stay at ease walking distance to the city centre of Melbourne, this Adina apartments is a really good choice. The flat was spacious, had a wonderful view, comfy beds and parking within the lower part of the same building for a reasonable 25 AUD per night. The staff was welcoming and helped out when needed. That said, the apartments could be updated as there were some stains on the carpet, and the cleanliness when arriving could have been better....

“The Overall experience was excellent. The Reception staff (Particularly Jacinta and Bianca) were lovely and super helpful when needing to accomodate my adult daughter into our room, whilst my husband was in hospital. They helped with organizing taxis and a late permit for parking as well. Whilst it was obvious you were having a change over of furniture during our stay, this did not inconvenience us. The only criticism I have is in relation to the car park. The signage displayed in the lane does...

“Quest Preston is a convenient location for shopping, easy access to M31 and many eateries. Studio unit is spacious with a balcony with nice views of the suburbia. Pleasant vibe and ambience gives a homely feel. We paid for parking and worked well for us. Great hospitality. Friendly staff.”
