"We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. There was also an impressive selection of delicious pastries and desserts. It was genuinely difficult to decide what to try each day! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with staff constantly maintaining the facilities throughout the day. The animation team deserves special recognition. Mila, Mitko, and Emi were fantastic and brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the hotel. They organized a great range of fun and sports activities for both children and adults, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The light and fire show, as well as the Michael Jackson performance, were definite highlights of our stay. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived earlier and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel kindly invited us to enjoy lunch free of charge while we waited. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Overall, we had an amazing experience. This was our first trip to Bulgaria, and it exceeded all our expectations. The country is beautiful, the people are warm and friendly, and this hotel made our holiday truly memorable. We enjoyed it so much that we are already thinking of returning to Bulgaria every year. A well-deserved five stars!"

"Väldigt bra frukostbuffe. Sköna sängar. Tyst. Stort badrum med badkar. Fina balkonger. Nära stranden. Minus att spa avdelningen stänger så tidigt som kl sju på kvällen. Annars var upplevelsen jättebra! Återvänder gärna. "

"The shower floor was broken but other than that very calm and nice place. No loud kids. One con was it being on top of a big hill so if you want a very relaxing vacation without extra sweat be ready to take taxi haha. It’s not horrible but in the heat it can be sweaty "
