âWe had three rooms, one was under earth level with no phone recieption, other was placed in a maintenence corridor. We litterelly had to zigzac by cleaning trollies to access the room. For saftety/evacuation reasons we wish that this information would have been communicated to us prior to our visit. âThe room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient â close to Migros and just a short walk to the metro station. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.
However, there are a few things to keep in mind: there are short stairs in front of the lobby, so you may need to carry your luggage, and staff might not always be available to assist. Also, getting in and out of a car in front of the hotel can be a bit tricky due to limited space.
