“For a new listing to VRBO, the property did not meet our expectations. Check in time on app was incorrect delaying our activities. Communication with owner was delay and resulted in conversation with VRBO. Pictures of apartment were not accurate to the unit. “First, about the host .. I found Michelle to be very sincere and compassionate. The apartment was fantastic... Light, airy, super comfortable. The location was ideal for me, just a couple of short blocks from downtown. No need to drive all over fighting traffic and looking for parking. “Furniture appeared to be random and old as if bought from a thrift store. Flooring baseboards were broke and chipped. Mold was visible in areas in the restroom. Had to kill small roaches at least once every other day until I bought a pesticide. Would not recommend a stay here ever. Luckily I was working most of the time. ”
