“We found this place for a quick three-day getaway. It's a beautiful old home! Very clean! The A/C worked wonderfully, as the heat and humidity are gearing up for summer. We so enjoyed the wine bar and sitting out on the upstairs balcony. It is surprisingly cool in the evening, as the breeze blew across the porch. There are ceiling fans, if the breeze doesn't cooperate. It's very easy to get in and out of the property, and it's very convenient to anywhere you want to go in Beaufort. David answers...

“Beautiful room with comfy bed. Roomy with a large walk-in shower. Everything we needed for our stay. We had a little difficulty getting in the front door but it was quickly resolved over the phone. Quiet area and the large front porch is an excellent place to relax. Would stay here again for future travels to the area.”

“This property was managed very well and we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels etc in the bathroom and the AC kept up with the SC heat and humidity. We took advantage of the rockers on the big porch both in the mornings and again in the evenings. It’s about a 8 min leisurely walk (walking shoes recommended since there’s lots of construction in Beaufort right now) to the waterfront shops and restaurants and there’s a cute breakfast/lunch bakery right next door....
