“It is very good that hotel check in, check out time is very flexible as per your flight. One of USB C charging outlet didn't work, but not an issue for me as there is another one.”

Collecting the luggage means you have to go through immigration, and after going through immigration, you can no longer get back into the terminal to enter the hotel.
