“We adore the friendly staff in this hotel! Ms. Kim, William, and Stella were patient, warm, and extremely helpful . They took care of us like family. They make our first trip in Seoul/SK so much easier. We will stay here again if we visit Seoul in the future. Our fully furnished one bedroom apartment was spacey and well kept. We also enjoyed their spa facilities. Shopping and dinning within walking distance. Airport shuttle is next to the hotel . We used Uber and called taxis because it costs...

“Too much hidden fees and add-on for an expensive hotel”

“Nice hotel, very close to the central station. The room was on the smaller side and the bathroom floor would get wet from the leaking shower, not very safe for older patrons since the floor became really slippery when wet.”
