“During my stay, I discovered a small bug crawling on the pillow that appeared to be a bed bug. This was quite concerning and made me uncomfortable about the cleanness of the room. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they promptly arranged another room which I appreciated. In addition, the room had an unpleasant, musty smell.”

“The best service I have received during my stay in Kumamoto. The room is very spacious and clean with public bath with amazing view of the city. The cleaning service visit every day to make sure the room is tidy and equipped with sufficient towels. I would definitely stay again in this hotel if I were to visit Kumamoto.”
