“I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. “We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.”

“This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower.”
