“The hotel location is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Prices for food etc., are a little high, but considering where it is and the hotel "star" rating - anticipated. Surprisingly they do not offer a corkage service if you bring your own wine, so don't do this as they will take the bottle and return it to you when you leave.”

“Our second stay there because we love the Inn. Our host went above and beyond. We had an early morning event, so she graciously prepared a full and delicious breakfast for us earlier than usual. We couldn’t have asked for a better visit!”

“Frukosten är otrolig! Anthony lagar varje morgon en tvårättersfrukost. Först får man yoghurt med granola och frukt och sen får man välja på en söt eller salt ”varmrätt”. Aldrig varit med om så bra frukost i usa innan. Toppen att man får låna strandhandduk. Och jättebra läge i ogunquit. Det som kan förbättras: städning varje dag, erbjuds ej idag samt att det va kallt på rummet trots avstängd AC och +30 grader ute. ”

The host/owner, Bob will admit the property needs substantial renovations to the exterior but don't be misled. The property has it's charm and the location cannot be beat for the price. “Ett fantastiskt trevligt Inn (Bed & Breakfast), so ägs och drivs av Bill och hand familj. Bara 7 rum, alla olika och en härlig frukost som Bill själv lagar varje morgon. Bara närodlade varor och äggen kommer från hans egna lilla farm. Ligger på bekvämt promenadavstånd från Kennebuunkport centerum ca 10 min promenad. Vår sömn var god och hade ett relativt stort rum. Parkering finns precis utanför huset och ingår.”

“The area around the Inn is amazing. Parking limited only 5 spaces. The room looked run down, dirty toilet brush, badly stained paint around the bathroom door framing, heater didn't work. For $650 a night with no breakfast included, beware this is not a B and B breakfast costs extra so it's a BWB bed without breakfast. No vanity products or tea/coffee in the room. Would not recommend staying here, poor value for money. ”
