“The hotel was well-situated in the centre of York. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. There were a few small cobwebs around the base of some of the room furniture and the shower room had a stale smell on arrival, which could be associated with the shower not being used, or if the water in the shower trap is siphoned out by water flow from other showers.”

"Helt, nytt, rent och lugnt! Bra placerat innanför stadsmuren bĂ€ra tĂ„get som vi kom med. Det enda som saknades var vĂ€skstĂ€ll pĂ„ rummet sĂ„ vi fick ha vĂ„ra tre resvĂ€skor uppstĂ€llda pĂ„ det pyttelilla golvet i tvĂ„ dygn. PĂ„ direkt frĂ„ga sĂ„ meddelade receptionen att hotellet hade te har sĂ„dana vĂ€skstĂ€ll. Eftersom hotellet enligt uppgift pĂ„ hemsidan ska göra allt för gĂ€sterna att trivas sĂ„ tror jag sĂ€kert sĂ„dana skaffas in till rummen nu 😊. "
