“This place is amazing. It’s not an older property that’s been refreshed, they tore it down to the studs and recreated a 50’s motel. It’s all fresh and very clean with modern touches. Beautiful drive in and out. Friendly owners and staff. Absolute gem.”

“Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. No complaints, if a larger bed would fit that would be ideal but i understand space is limited. There was some pitter parter of small feet above at times but nothing...

“I was so amazed at how effectively they utilized a smallish space to seem huge. It was so well laid out and in such a great location. The check in process was super smooth and the host was so communicative. And don't get me started on the location! Walkable to downtown and the water without being right in the mox of things and too busy - the perfect balance!! I highly recommend this place.”

“This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...
