“Betagande vackert läge, hög servicenivå, trevlig personal, god mat, rent, charmiga rum och trevliga sällskapsytor. Dessutom fint spa och gym. Inte mycket att klaga på! Ett gammalt engelskt gods som man vill att det skall vara.”
“The room was surface clean but off putting to see the grime around the bed legs. Obviously hoovered but months where it didn't get near enough that you could see it when sitting in the chair. Breakfast delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Possibly the hardest bed I ever slept in. Or didn't sleep in more to the point. So hard it hurt my hips.”

“Old coaching in so plenty of character. Unfortunately this also meant no lift so a bit of a struggle to upstairs rooms with a heavy suitcase. Staff were all friendly and efficient and the included breakfast offered plenty of variety. I ate dinner in the bar lady night and the lamb was really excellent. There is parking but I’m not sure if there is space if every room is filled. There’s also a spa on site but I didn’t have time to try it.”
“I stopped at this hotel for 2 nights and I was very impressed! We stayed in one of the executive double rooms which was a good size, clean and modern. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent as was the evening meal we had. We used the hotel as a base to visit Haworth & Hebden Bridge which is about 45 minutes away. The hotel show's as a 3 star but I believe this rating doesn't do the hotel justice! The only reason it has this rating is due to not having a lift. I would defiantly recommend this...
