“In general very nice. Perhaps it was a longtime ago since anyone rented the property because it was very dusty on all floors. The dust flew around with the A/C on so that could have been better. Otherwise the cottage very nice furnished, felt like a home. Sofa bed by the window in the livingroom should be expected more as an extra bed than a bed to really use for a longer vacation, a bit wind from the window and nothing nearby to put clothes in. “The hosts were very communicative and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. The front yard was well lit, and good for taking our pups out at night. I was grateful to find somewhere available over Christmas that accepted two dogs. The kitchen was well-equipped and reasonably clean. This is a pet-friendy rental near the beach, the overall cleanliness of the unit was perhaps reflective of that. The house is right off of a busy road in a neighborhood with varied levels of upkeep.”

“Erik was a great host. His dog hosted too:) it felt like home. We were in town for a celebration of life and the house helped us stay happy during sad time.”
