“The property was nice and clean, but hard to keep clean with all the road construction and sand. We did our best, but a swiffer would have been nice. The apartment is across the street from a park, where we could walk dogs very easily. It also had a Farmer's Market on Saturday which was very handy for fresh vegetables. It was a really great location for two dogs.....and many of the guests had pets.”

“The modern decor, cleanliness (comfortable bedding) and proximity to the beach was very nice. Unfortunately there was road construction right next to the property and parking was very tight. Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we...

“Nice area, easy to get to. Rooms were fine, no regrets staying here. We were visiting our son, so didn't spend a lot of time in unit. We'd stay there again in the future. Heads up, we picked this location for the one level accommodations as we were traveling with my 85 year old mother-in-law. The bathtub has a very rounded, somewhat slippery bottom. Something to be aware of if you will have elderly people with you.”

“Hands down, best host company ever. The communication was excellent and responsive. In addition to excellent communication in advance, someone was smoking on the property in another unit. Guests break rules and that happens on all hosts - but the response from the host was amazing. They made sure to take care of it, respectfully communicate with the other guests, and deodorize and sanitize same day. Amazing company and great communication. Note that some units are on second floors with stairs...

“We arrived to a dirty condo. The floors had not been swept and there was a live roach in the bathtub. We sent photos and swept the kitchen ourselves. They stated that it was unacceptable and would have a cleaning crew out the next day. We left mid morning and came back 6 hours later and it still had not been cleaned. While we were showering for dinner someone came and stated they were there to clean. I stated they were to have done that while we were gone and could they come back as my husband...
