“Lovely Home for Large Families with Very Attentive HostsOur family of 13 had a very nice stay inside this spacious and well-managed home! The hosts were wonderfully responsive. When we checked in, the AC was set high and took a few hours to cool the house down, but the owners stayed in touch and followed up to make sure we were comfortable. There were only a couple of downsides. The floors were dirty upon arrival and required us to mop them before getting settled. Additionally, the yard wasn't...

“We loved the 1920’s feeling to the home. The cleanliness and quiet location were exactly what we were looking for. We were just a block from the historical center and took advantage of the shops and eateries. We would definitely stay here afain”

“Great location within close distance to Water Country USA and Busch Gardens”

“Joseph was great at communicating, we were working at Langley AFB for a few days and this location was perfect.”

“Great location. Excellent view. The F22 Raptors were cool to see. Not so loud. Host was great. The place does not have a full size oven, so plan accordingly. Beds were comfy.”

“Nice check in ”

“Communication with Jackie was great and she responded with answers to questions quickly. Check in was smooth and no hiccups. The property was great for my large family and there was plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We enjoyed our visit to the area.”

“It was a nice place. It was like a nice studio sized ap with a lower level living room. Very close to the university where I was at the entire weekend. The owner is nice and easy to talk to.”

“Great stay, quiet neighborhood, very clean.”

“I loved the easy check in process. The host was wonderful. We left some items at the home even though we swept through the home multiple times. But they were able to send our items back to us. That was much appreciated. Home had some internet issues but other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“It was perfect! Just what we needed for a quick visit with family and could bring the dog!”

“The property is spacious and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. It is family-friendly and the host is exceptionally communicative. I plan to return in the future.”

“My family enjoyed watching a movie at night and kayaking in the peaceful lake out back. ”

“Enjoyed walking to the beach.”

“The home was very spacious and functional. Pictures were a true representation of the property. The house is easy to get to, close to various retailers in case you need something. I had no problems receiving my Walmart and Sam’s Club deliveries. Even with the house being on a main road, it doesn’t feel like it at all. Host had great communication. We didn’t need anything at all but felt very comfortable to reach out to her. We stayed in this town a year ago and had a great time. This property...

“Wake Up early for the views”

“The host should let guest know that there are no televisions in any of the 3 bedrooms especially for people booking with kids. The only tv is in the living room. We did experience an issue with not having any hot water in the upstairs bathroom which was reported to the owner. Aside from this the home was very spacious and clean.”
