Raging Waves Waterpark is less than 15 minutes away, and the western Chicago suburbs are within easy driving distance.

TWO FULLY EQUIPPED LIVING SPACES
Both sides of the Lodge include their own kitchen, living room, dining space, laundry facilities, and outdoor areas. This layout works especially well for multi-generational families, several couples, wedding groups, or anyone seeking a large vacation rental where the group can stay together without feeling crowded.
Each kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, cookware, dishes, basic spices, and supplies for preparing meals. The coffee setup includes a Keurig, water kettle, coffee grinder, tea, hot chocolate and starter supplies.
The Lodge includes central heating and air conditioning throughout. Seasonal wood-burning stove use may be available with advance approval and purchase of the stove package.

The each deck and the gazebo include a fire table and comfortable seating, creating relaxing places for morning coffee, evening conversations, and wildlife watching.
Deer are frequently seen around the property, along with birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and the occasional groundhog.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Guest Count and Visitors:
All overnight guests and daytime visitors must be included in the reservation guest count. The total number of people on the property may not exceed the maximum occupancy of 12 at any time no matter how brief the visit per Kendall County ordinance.
Minimum Age:
The primary reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.
Reservation Verification:
Within 24 hours of booking, the reservation holder must complete our secure, app-free Happy Guest verification process.

Completion is required to finalize and maintain the reservation.
Security Deposit and Damage Protection:
A $500 security deposit is required.
Your reservation also includes accidental damage waiver protection for qualifying unintentional damage that may occur during your stay. It does not cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning, rule violations, unauthorized guests, or other excluded costs.
Stairs and Young Children:
The top stair tread in the Log Cabin is shallower than the others, and some railings may not be suitable for very young children. Families often place guests who need easier, single-level access in the Guest Quarters.
Low-Scent Environment:
We make a thoughtful effort to keep Deer Run Lodge welcoming for guests who are sensitive to perfumes and chemical scents. We use low-scent cleaning and laundry products whenever possible and ask guests to help us preserve this environment for those who stay after them.
Please avoid using strongly scented sprays, plug-in air fresheners, incense, heavily fragranced products, or other items that may leave lingering odors inside the Lodge.
While we cannot guarantee a completely scent-free environment, guests with fragrance or chemical sensitivities are welcome to contact us before booking for more information about our cleaning products and practices.
Exterior Security Cameras:
Exterior security cameras monitor entrances, driveway areas, portions of the yard, and outdoor amenity areas, including areas near the hot tubs. Cameras are used for property security, guest-count verification, safety, and maintenance coordination. There are no indoor cameras.
Parking:
Parking is limited and generally accommodates up to seven vehicles, depending on vehicle size and parking arrangement. Please review the parking photographs before arrival.
Optional Wood-Burning Stove Package:
Wood-burning stove use is available only during suitable outdoor temperatures and must be purchased 24 hours before check-in.
