“This cozy cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location within Yosemite was the perfect place to be for everything we wanted to see and do. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We had a good stay here once we were able to get into the house--the message we received with check-in information provided both the wrong house number and wrong door code. We could not reach the property manager to get the correct code (granted, we arrived at around 11pm and VRBO was able to eventually reach them), but fortunately we guessed the correct code. The wifi also went out completely 2 days into our stay. The house did have everything we needed and proximity to the valley was great.”

“Two old college friends and I had a fantastic stay at the cabin, exploring the valley and the mariposa grove. The cabin was great, comfortable and clean. Hanging out on the deck after a day of hiking was outstanding truly! Make sure you bring your own spices and oil for cooking or sugar for coffee!”

The location is great with easy access to the valley and also in the other direction to a small grocery store and gas. We had difficulty getting in because the door code was not correct and it took some time to reach the property manager. The house is advertised as having internet access. “Great chalet in the mountains of yosemite! Kids loved the wood stove and the loft. Laundry was great. Checkin was delayed due to staffing issues, but they took care of us in the end. Vintage stove and sink bring challenges if not used to operating, but the charm is wonderful and we were able to cook all our meals. Definitely would stay again! Super cozy feels!”

“Perfect place To stage our Yosemite adventures from! Location was amazing. Right in the park. The view off the huge back deck was awesome! Plenty of room and good internet (for me ;-)). Clean and well equipped kite hen we cooked every night. Little grocery just a short walk away. I was also able to ge t a good hill work run in everyday at this location! Would definitely stay here again!”

“We loved the house and everything about it. It was great being inside the park and not waiting in line to get in. We loved being so close to the river and the Chilnualna Falls trailhead is very close to the house and a great trail. Overall, a really great place enjoyed by everyone in our party.”

“We loved this property! So spacious and comfortable. Perfect for the six of us. An easy 45 minute drive to Yosemite Valley. Loved the wood burning stove. The kitchen was spacious, the beds were comfy. A late season storm almost snowed us in. The owners’ staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They brought us a snow shovel and even helped find some snow chains for our car. We’re definitely coming back to this house!”

“There were some challenges with the property manager communication at the beginning, for example, the pet fee was listed incorrectly on the listing. Also, could not help in determining if an early check-in was possible so that we were able to plan our visit to the grocery store, which is over an hour away. When we checked in, everything was great, it was very quick. The only issue we had in the cabin was one of the sofa beds had no sheets and the other sofa bed had sheets, but they appeared to...

“Be prepared to check in with Redwoods Yosemite Management prior to occupying cabin. That wasn't indicated in our VRBO instructions. Luckily, we chose to stop by a nearby management office to use their phone(due to no cell reception), & discovered that was the procedure to check in. Had we arrived 1 hour later, we would have been unaware of the "after hours check in procedures" Otherwise, our accommodations were perfect & would gladly stay again.”
