“Pretty much everything about this house was perfect. The only small question i have is about the nonexistent AC. But we were there during some really hot days, and we could keep the bedroom temperature down by opening the windows and running the ceiling fans. Great to have washer, dryer and dishwasher. Totally recommended house!”

“Perfect place to stay in Yosemite! Stayed in the larger unit last year, which is roomier with a large kitchen. Since it was already booked 8 months in advance, we rented the smaller place which is a decent sized studio. Feels like a large hotel room, but is very comfortable and convenient, especially if you don’t plan on cooking much. We used the outdoor grill and it was great. Good ac, quiet. ”

“Overall a nice place to stay. Everything was clean, the heater worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils and appliances. The only caveats were the driveway which was a bit tricky to maneuver and the stairway to the front door. The property is not wheelchair friendly. The electric stove was a bit of a learning curve. When combined with the higher altitude, we had to double the time we set aside for cooking meals. The decor was nice and it was a short drive, maybe 10...

“The location of this property could not be better. The neighborhood and the proximity made to stay very worthwhile. That said, the air conditioning was not working, the washer and dryers were not working, and the air hockey in the rec room was not working. Not all the windows had screens in the sliding door to the deck also had a broken screen. With temperatures up to 97°F in the day, we needed to keep as many windows and doors open at night to have a reasonable temperature and lack of screens...
