Tiny Heaven by Tiny Away in Youanmite proves that small spaces can feel truly special—just 2 hours from Bendigo and 30 minutes from Shepparton. It’s the perfect blend of farm charm and modern comfort.



Kick back in a bright, cozy interior, or unwind under the stars in your private outdoor nook. Explore nearby gems like Cactus Country, the Shepparton Art Museum, or the Murray River—then return to your peaceful escape in the countryside.



A comfortable 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings. The building and shed on the property are off-limits.



The Neighborhood:

Tiny Heaven by Tiny Away is one of Youanmite’s cozy holiday homes, tucked away in a quiet rural setting just 30 minutes from Shepparton and two hours from Bendigo. Once a thriving town, Youanmite now offers a peaceful escape surrounded by grain fields, grazing cattle, and star-filled skies.



This tiny home lets you experience the charm of the Australian countryside, with easy access to local highlights. Visit Cactus Country for a surreal desert landscape, explore Shepparton Museum for indigenous culture and local history, or enjoy the Murray River with its sandy banks, red gums, and outdoor adventures like fishing and kayaking.



Head to Ulupna Island in Barmah National Park to spot kangaroos and koalas, or relax at Kennedy Park, home to Australia’s largest inland beach.



Getting Around:

By Car:



- From Shepparton: 30 minutes (38 km)

- Accessible by both paved and unpaved roads



By Public Transport:



- Take a train or bus to Shepparton

- From Shepparton, hire a taxi or rideshare for the 30-minute drive to the property



By Flight:



- Nearest major airport: Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine)

- From the airport, drive approximately 2.5 hours or take a regional flight to Shepparton, then drive 30 minutes to the property



Other Things to Note:

- Gas BBQ grill is available

- Smoking is not on the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Stay aware of bushland risks like snakes, and always follow fire ban regulations

- Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. The rest have weak signals.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny home.

- Pets Are Allowed for $30 per pet, per stay, payable directly to the host. Please provide 24 hours’ notice. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. The full pet policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
