“We stayed at the Hidden Trails Retreat for 3 nights. My husband, myself and our 3 boys (13 and twin 12s) found the home very inviting on arrival! We arrived to a very clean home, with a large basket of snacks! 😋 It was a welcome site after a long drive from Colorado. “There is usually a notebook that provides information about the property and there was none here. I couldn't understand how to operate the heating system and could not take the chill off the rental in the morning. We also had difficulty finding the password for the WiFi. Discovered it was upside down in very small print on the router. Also, the living room door screen to the patio was inoperable and we had to exit through the bedroom door.
