The outdoor living spaces are a true highlight of the home. The backyard pool area features a heated pool, a spa, a covered cabana with an outdoor BBQ and kitchen, an outdoor bathroom, and a dedicated outdoor dining area, creating an inviting setting for both daytime relaxation and evening gatherings.

The pool is maintained at comfortable temperature in the spring/summer, and for guests who prefer a warmer temperature, pool heating can be arranged for an additional fee. Winter pool heating is on demand, and heating charges may apply. Spa heating up to 104 degrees is on demand, and no additional charges are ever incurred.

Just off the home, the back deck offers several inviting seating areas—perfect for morning coffee, quiet reading, enjoying vineyard views, or relaxing in front of the fire pit on the deck.

Inside, the main living space features comfortable seating and a TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a built-in coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy your favorite hot beverage, whether it’s coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. Coffee pods (one case) are provided, along with a welcome basket (with a bottle of wine) as a thank-you for choosing this home.

With thoughtful amenities throughout, the home truly has everything you need so you can simply arrive, settle in, and relax after a day of exploring Napa Valley.

The price includes a full professional cleaning every two weeks, complete with fresh towels and linens, ensuring the home remains comfortable and well-maintained. For stays over 30 days, a discounted rate may be available - please inquire for details.

Please note that, due to safety concerns regarding the pool, this home is not suitable for children; therefore, children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

With convenient access to both the Silverado Trail and Highway 29, exploring nearby vineyards and neighboring towns is easy. After a day out, return home to relax and soak in the peaceful vineyard setting that truly defines wine country living.

Other things to note:
For safety and peace of mind, there are two exterior security cameras on the property - one facing the driveway and one facing the pool.
A separate rental agreement between the owners and guests will be emailed upon inquiry and must be signed to confirm and secure the booking.
