“I can’t review this property fully, because we never got to stay there. I would leave no stars if possible. Like other reviews stated, the host communication was non-existent, until I got vrbo involved. At that point, they reached out to see what I needed, then never responded again. All in all, I had to spend 1.75 hours on the phone to get this issue resolved. I highly advise to avoid this host. If like me, you book before reading the reviews, do yourself a favor and get on top of obtaining...

“Easy access to town, safe, quiet.”

“Went for a weekend getaway and it was amazing. I always wanted to stay in a tiny home and this being my first one I stayed in, I wouldn’t change a single thing! The host was amazing and super communicative. Very nice! The place was cozy and had everything we needed. There was hot chocolate for those cold nights and plenty of food options nearby in downtown grass valley. We brought food back after exploring and the host had everything we needed for a good evening meal. The tv was a little small...

“Heating was difficult to understand. First night the setting was accidentally set to Cool, so no heat. Finally figured it out around 5:30 am the next morning. Parking was very difficult. I'm disabled and can't do stairs very well. The "15" steps were only mentioned in the "Details."The pictures did not show them, otherwise I would not have reserved this place. ”

“The place was great! Our second time back for our annual shopping trip at Galleria. We will stay here each every time we come to this area to shop. Place is clean, quiet, bed is comfortable, safe neighborhood. Kitchenette amenities. Perfect little spot! Thank you to our hosts. They were great.”
