Industrial Apartment in the city centre

The Zagreb Industrial Charm 2 is located firmly in the heart of the city. A grandiose 73 square meter floor plan. Mixing the old with the new. Taking a template of a more traditional style luxury living arrangement, and imbuing it with a historical essence along with a vibrant and visceral lifestyle feel that is further enhanced due to its central location.

The design is meant to invoke feelings of chic architectural design coupled with a rustic antique essence that will make you feel the charm and vibe of the city flowing through it. The location is nestled between the crossroads of the performative and classy theatrical center and is, on the other end, steps away from upscale high fashion, food, and nightlife. Finally, with a view and size to match.

As hosts of the Zagreb Industrial Charm 2, we take pride in offering all the amenities that one could possibly desire. As such, it includes a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a loft for work and relaxation, which provides the perfect seclusion for a quiet working environment. A large living room, with a sleeping loft (the ceiling height of the loft is 165cm) containing a queen-sized bed. Two 65-inch flatscreen TVs are provided (cable programmes, Netflix and Disney+ are available for free) as well as optic internet. Further, the bathroom is equipped with a full-size bathtub/shower duo. Moreover, the kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances such as a coffee maker, a kettle, a panini maker, a microwave, an oven stove, and a dishwasher. Finally, the washer and dryer are placed in the walk-in closet that is curated to our heart's content and will hopefully be as such to you too.

Comfortably, A/C, central heating, and floor heating are placed throughout the apartment.

We hope that you will enjoy staying in the Zagreb Industrial Charm 2 as much as we enjoyed designing it, but we already know you will.

Incredible accommodations, great location and great communication with host. Would definitely book again. Only caveat is that there are three flights stairs to get to the apartment. This was not an issue for us, but for mobility challenged individuals may be difficult.

Un très bel appart près du centre ville!

Très bel endroit pour rester! Plusieurs petites attentions par l’hôte que nous avons bien apprécié (café, …). Tout près de ce qu’il y a à voir dans Zagreb! Excellente communication par l’hôte et l’appart correspondait exactement à ce qui était convenu! La ville, très belle à visiter avec tous les restaurants, la ville haute et la ville basse. Se fait très bien à pieds. À mettre sur votre agenda.

Fantastic stay

We rented the property for the week and it was immaculate. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Right in the heart of the city with easy access to stores, restaurants and more. The host was always available to answer questions and make recommendations and she made our stay wonderful. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

Perfect pied-a-terre to discover this beautiful city.

The apartment is very tastefully appointed with lovely little touches. ( fresh fruit, candies, welcome souvenirs) the only issue was an us problem, for those coming from the states, it is on the third floor., not the second so we had a momentary confusion as to was it the right place.

Perfect location in a very walkable city, restaurants, cafes, shops and attractions are all nearby. Zeljka provided us with detailed instructions on how to access the property few days before check in. We had a comfortable stay in the property, very clean, well equipped and has all the necessary things we needed. The host also communicated very well and promptly attended to our requests. We were surprised with very thoughtful details like apples, water and milk in the fridge among other things. She also has a bottle of wine waiting for us :) This is the perfect place to stay in Zagreb.

The perfect home away from home

We loved our stay- the host was so thoughtful, left us snacks, water, hydration packs, chocolates, umbrellas and so much more to make us as comfortable as possible. the apartment is located in the heart of everything you need, coffee, food, grocery store, pastries, and a 7 minute walk to anything you want to see in the city.

One of our Favorites!

The entire family loved the apartment. The owner had thought of everything - well stocked and lots of extras. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the coffee shop below the apartment too. The communication was excellent. We would definitely stay again if visiting Zagreb.

Perfect City Apt.

The apt. was spotless and had everything for cooking, washing clothes, and relaxing. I walked around the city all day, ate at the restaurant on the corner, took a bath, and watched Netflix from an extremely comfortable bed. It was a short walk from the train station. The apt. is in a perfect lively and safe location on a walkable street. I kept discovering new surprises, like the coffee selection and snacks put out for guests. The apartment definitely had more space than I needed for two days. I would recommend staying there at least a week. Oh, very helpful and nice host, too.

Top Wohnung in super zentraler Lage und trotzdem ganz ruhig. Einizger Nachteil ist vielleicht, dass sie kein eigener „Aussenraum“ (Balkon) hat. Da aber Zagreb so eine grüne Stadt mit vielen Parks ist und Restaurants draussen bestuhlt haben, kein Problem für uns.

THE Best VRBO ever!

The location in Zagreb could not have been better. Very close to the trams, a short walk to the old Town Center, and a little walk to the NikolaTesla Museum. Restaurants on the sidewalk outside the front door were wonderful, and the apartment was perfect. It was decorated so pretty, super clean, and the host shopped and got us some breakfast items because our first day was a Sunday when the shops were not open. Excellent communication and we hated to leave it was so comfortable. She even has Netflix and Disney Plus set up for the guests, so we could relax in the evening with a movie and some wine. Don't hesitate for one second to reserve this apartment!

The Diamond in the city centre

This was one of the most amazing stays i've had in europe so far. The host was very attentive and gave great directions to find the location. Clear instructions were given to properly use the many amenities for the apartment. We were greeted by a welcomeing gift from the host as a introduction to the city. There was snacks, beverages and fruit available, provided by the host to get a started on our stay. The apartment was very conveniently located in the city center of historic Zagreb. The decor was thoughtfully planned to showcase the luxury of the apartment. The bathroom was very cozy and updated with the lastest technology for Convenience. With a full kitchen and laundry room, this apartment has exceeded all of our expectations for our stay. Above all the entire apartment was VERY clean and gave a sense of "home".The host was friendly and flexible to meet our many needs and request. Yes, there are two levels of stairs leading to the apartment so that maybe something to consider if you have walking constrictions or disabilities. This apartment was perfect for our stay and our needs. When available, this will be the only place we consider when traveling to Zagreb. Thank you again Željka for an amazing time!

Location, location, Location

Besides the great location, this apartment is amazingly comfortable, quiet & well outfitted: washer/dryer, AC in main bedroom & living room, comfortable sofa & chairs. The second bedroom is a loft via a ladder over the living room and the apartment is on the European 2nd floor (American 3rd floor) with no elevator so beware if this would be difficult for you. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

Our stay here was wonderful and relaxing. We arrived to welcome fruit, milk, water in the fridge along with espresso pods, shampoo, bathrobes, toothbrushes and a Zagreb souvenir gift. These additional comforts make a huge difference when tired from travelling. The apartment is spacious and bright and quiet. The bed is very comfortable allowing for a good nights sleep. The location is perfect walking distance for all of our sight seeing destinations. The host was exceptionally attentive and provided some great recommendations for us to visit which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again without question.

Everything you could need!

Very nice!

Very nice apartment, exactly as in the pictures. The small "half-upstairs rooms" give a great feeling of adventure and exploration for children. Super clean and pleasant apartment overall, and just a few steps away from the old town, perfect as a base for exploring the city on foot. Very attentive host, some fresh fruit were waiting in the fridge, and a welcome snack on the table, felt very welcome! Only caveat is the stairs to one of the beds seem to be designed to kill you and are not really suited for children, but they are OK (though they will never be comfortable) for grown-ups once you get used to them.

Exceptional

This was our last stop in a two week vacation(5 different places in total) and this place was by far the best. The place is clean and stocked with quality appliances and had an open-air, chic environment. My kids enjoyed all the little surprises including, fresh fruit, water, shampoos/conditioner, and a special souvenir left by our host. The location was great as well. We easily used the tram to different places or simply walked to find restaurants or cafes. We were so happy to end our last two nights here. Definitely recommend!
