“The history of Roscoe is fascinating and the building this VRBO is in is just perfect! The room has been updated just enough…the old wood and features keep it historical. We’ve stayed in 2 rooms in this old hotel and love both equally! Great stay!”

It was also so convenient to everything in Roscoe Village. Altogether a good, clean, convenient place for 2 sisters to get away for a few days. ”

“Small and convenient little efficiency. Modern appliances and bath. No elevator to the second floor but not a problem for me. What was a problem and the reason foe the star reduction was the hot water ran out on all three showers I took. That’s kind of a deal breaker for me. If you take short showers, you will be fine. But two people or one person taking a long shower and you will be in lukewarm water at best. ”

“this property is infested with bugs that leave their dropping around every night, there was multiple problems with the property including broken furniture, no storage for luggage, nails sticking out of the floor, unsecured and broken tiles in the bathroom, Lights in the bathroom not working, kitchenette faucet wasnt attached to the sink, the front door didnt seal. After several calls to management and the Air conditioner dying they relocated me to an even worse house in horrible condition almost...

“First, we didn't get the check-in instructions until we arrived. So we had tried a code I got from VRBO but that wasn't right, so had to call host. Secondly, the condition of the unit did not meet our expectations. It did not look like the pictures on the website. It is in need of some TLC. And to greet us, was a leaking kitchen ceiling!
