The Mora Zanzibar - Luxury All Inclusive

"Standarden lever inte upp till 5 stjärnor. Ok städning av rummet men vi fick varken nya handdukar för händerna eller ansiktet trots att det fanns när vi checkade in. Vi sa till varje kväll när personalen gick runt och frågade om vi behövde något men de kom aldrig tillbaka med handdukar. Efter att ha klagat hos receptionen fick vi en (inte två) ny handduk för händerna per dag fram till att vi checkade ut. Men inga för ansiktet. Saknades butik för småsaker man kan behöva (dricka, tandkräm, godis etc) Fanns dock ett minimalt utbud i en av klädbutikerna men till totalt galna priser (tex USD 30 för ett paket tamponger). Mer eller mindre samtliga drinkar i barerna var färdigblandade. Poolerna var chockartat kalla. Personalen dock väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helt perfekt hotell och över våra förväntningar! Fantastisk service, renlighet, god mat, fina pooler och en underbar strand. Personalen är alltid vänlig, hjälpsam och har ett stort leende på läpparna. Vi njöt av varje stund. Utan tvekan ett av de bästa hotellen på Zanzibar! ❤️🇹🇿"

"The staff and service was amazing very attentive, professional and friendly. There were many activities in the resort even though we were there during low season. The food in the beginning of our stay was amazing, but the choices reduced by the end of the stay as there were not many guests in April. We however enjoyed the calm environment and the beautiful scenery."

"We spent 8 unforgettable nights at JAZ Elite Aurora and it truly stands out as one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. What makes this resort exceptional is the leadership and culture. General Manager Domenico Iannone is visibly present and leads by example — you can feel it throughout the entire team. His management colleagues Mr Reda, Mr Youssef, and Mr Mohamed were all engaged and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere across the property. Valentine’s Day was beautifully executed with themed decorations, a tailored menu, live music, and a wonderful cocktail evening where guests were introduced to each other, making it feel personal and inclusive. The food at Mwamba Grill was outstanding (the beef tagliata is a must!), Mr Hussein and his team provided excellent service, Mr Othman at reception was consistently welcoming, and housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout our stay. When we left, there was a genuine sadness — it felt like leaving people, not just a hotel. That says everything. We are already planning to return — and hope Domenico and his fantastic team will still be there when we do."

"This is the best hotel resort I ever been to, the food was delicious and the room was so luxury and good service despite it was new opens, one negative thing was the hotel was alcohol free but there was a lovely bar on the beach right beside the hotel 20 meters "
