“Zanzibar is a beautiful island with friendly people. The hotel is nice and the views are beautiful. However there is no beach at the hotel. The straff is kind but very untrained and many do not understand English which makes restaurant and room service challenging. The food is at a good price but at its best average. The hotel management is rude and did not Ask a single question about our stay. Head of food and beverage was very kind however. The ordered and confirmed transport from the airport...

“Blue Moon really went above our expectations and that very much thanks to all the staff! The resort in it self is stunning and located so you really get to relax and enjoy. The jetty was amazing and we spent a lot of time there, but everyone working from the front desk, to resturant, to managers and housekeeping was so warm and welcoming! It really made and impact! It was bittersweet leaving this place, but we will most definitely be back sooner than later. ”

“We booked an amazing room with a big balcony/patio and a jacuzzi. The welcoming of the staff was amazing, Ester in particular. The all inclusive is great. Many choices, super fresh food and you can even choose a la carte and sparkling wines. The views are amazing. The pool perfect. The only problem this hotel currently have is that there is a construction site right next door. Ask for a room as far from that as possible It's still worth visiting this hotel! We would happily return. ”

“Wonderful staff, good food, nice beach, good service. Very quiet and relaxed. Big, nice room, clean and tidy. 3 pools to choose between when the tide hits in. One pool was quite dirty though but we used the other one that was cleaner. Breakfast was modest but perfectly fine with us. There is NO shopping in Paje so prepare to buy everything of the hotel! Would highly recommend this for a quiet holiday!”

"Beautiful over water villa that looked exactly like the pictures. We truly enjoyed the villa experience. 2 improvement areas; The food. The salads lacks creativity, the choices are few. The room service meny works. After we complained we were offered to order through the room service menu instead. The sense of urgency when it comes to service. We expected this to be a luxurious experience, but it took us close to 2 hours from order to delivery of food to the villa. Incredibly slow."
