“Easily accessible from the train. The house was clean and very cute, we loved the atmosphere. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We wished we had stayed more than one night, and would love to stay again when we visit Japan next time!”

“This is an exceptional hotel! The layout, the design and the amenities are on the highest level. It’s the second time I stayed in the hotel and I got the same beautiful room. This time I also used the gym, the pool, the spa, the massage treatment and the onsen and all are highly recommended.”

“I've stayed in a lot of Fairmont hotels and this was the best experience I've ever had. The hotel was clean and modern with great views from the rooms and 35th floor. What made it even better was the service was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Amazing experience!!”

“Bra hotell som är lite äldre men ändå rent och fräscht. God frukost ochbtrevlig personal. Gymmet är dåligt och inte användbart. Wi-fi topp. Ligger nära t-banan. ”
