“More western style breakfast will help, cleaner common areas and maintenance of them are needed”

“Great Room And Super Friendly Staff. Always Willing To Help. Very Accessible Location”

“I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything—from the comfort of the rooms to the excellent facilities—was of the highest standard. What made my experience especially memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by your staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Mia at the reception. She is an exceptional professional and a true ambassador for your hotel. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with genuine warmth, kindness, and a beautiful smile. She was always...

“Clean comfortable room and very nice staff.”

“We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious.”

“AI control light switch is hard to use.”

“A very cozy and welcoming place to stay! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel. The manager even walked us outside to show us a great local restaurant for lunch, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We felt very well...

The balcony was not accessible to us, city view but no real access to the balcony (just fyi). The restaurants were also a great option to have, we...

“Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park.”
