“Generally, the hotel is good and quite nice. Stayed here for a few days. The main challenge was locating the hotel itself. As someone coming from the west, I am used to hotels being a standalone building. This hotel occupies many floors in a high-rise building and as such I struggled to locate it on the first night plus the language barrier. But the staff was quite helpful and tried to make it us feel better .”

“The service is quite good. We have two small children with us and the staff gave them fruits and chocolate. The staff are very friendly and patient.
The room is good, you can see a good view of Guangzhou in the evening when the lights are on in the city. But during the day time is not so good view.
The hotel is a little bit old, you can see from the corner in the bathroom and so on. But the service is really good.
The swimming pool is excellent! Indoor swimming pool, clean and warm water. ”

“This is a beautiful hotel that I visited together with my colleagues during the CIFF fair in March 2019.
My rating should have been much higher, between 4 and 5, if I hadn’t had such a negative surprise after my stay, finding out that my company credit card was skimmed here.
When discussing with my colleague after the bank had contacted me, he had noticed that the staff at the reception desk noted the card details on a piece of paper. The bank told me it is a quite common scam at hotels in...

“The room was spotless and incredibly well thought out — automated curtains, TV, and even a smart toilet. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the complimentary toiletries were clean and complete, which made me feel truly comfortable and at ease. The hotel is newly opened and very clean, with a laundry room and fitness equipment available. It was quiet at night, and the room itself was spotless. I really appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks, the late-night noodles at 9 PM, and the solid...

“Very clean and nice place to stay , I was staying in 8th floor, everything looks perfect except at the midnights can really clearly to hear the machine noise, I am a very light sleeper, I don’t have a good sleep at that night . But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip . ”

“This was great! One of my best hotel experiances. We stayed for a week, hotel staff was polite and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The rooms were well designed (no unnecessary items), all items you needed where in the room. It was spacious and clean. And location is amazing, you have the mall with good shopping and resturant, even a super market there and walking distance across the bridge to canton tower. We lived in the 15 th floor, the room cleaning lady there was exceptional! She...
