“Good traditional American breakfast, but a I bit expensive and maybe not to healthy..... some more veggies / fruits would be bood”

“Guest relations went above and beyond, the room was set up very nicely, and the floor with the hot tub, spa, pool, gym (all with astounding cityscape views) was absolutely impeccable.”

“Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didn’t have time to use...

“Ingen städning alls under hela vistelsen, inga nya/rena handdukar (detsamma gällde mina kollegor under samma vistelse). Frukost öppnade inte förrän kl 07.00, dessutom var servicen vid frukosten långsam. ”

“Great hotel, nice staff. Sadly the bar is not open Monday to Tuesday and the breakfast was not so good”

“Tog väldigt lång tid för incheckning rummet fint men väldigt smutsiga fönster. Dyrt”

“I stayed one night, both of the receptionists were very friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately i don't remember their names. /Guy that asked for travel advice.”

“the location was great! staff was helpful! unfortunately if you stay in a shared room and you are put on the top bunk, you get no privacy! while the bottom bunk does, so keep that in mind. when I usually stay in hostels, there is a kitchen or at least a shared space for the people staying at the hostel, kex does not have one. they do have a restaurant that is open to everyone which is nice but there were times where it wasn’t very convenient for me. overall nice stay for one night!”
