We booked this apartment for three adults. The sofa bed provided for the third adult was infested with bed bugs. That is totally unacceptable. I believe we should get a partial refund. Also, the apartment provided only two sets of towels when we clearly indicated three adults would be staying. Communication with the apartment "manager" was difficult - they were not local, not even in the same country. The kitchen was not fully furnished. There was, for example, no wine key and only one dish towel (for a three night stay).
