I have stayed in fiesta American condesa twice best service best hotel in everything best chefs Everything is perfect. Plus I had my wedding this second time I went it was te best they made Everything come out perfect thanks to lizbeth the wedding planner. Also Pedro the bartender perfect Person he is great

We stayed for 4 days in Cancun. We were celebrating our 24th Anniversary. This was our 3rd visit to Cancun,our first stay at a Solaris resort. Our previous stays have been with Riu Las Americas. Initially, we were hesitant on whether we had made the right decision in switching but we're glad we did. When we first made our reservations we had a deluxe suite with an ocean view but had to change our reservations and lost an ocean view room prior to arrival. After discussing our situation to the general manager, he managed to accommodate our request and gave us an ocean view room for the next 3 days. Wonderful service from then on! The maid service even presented a surprise Anniversary decor on our anniversary day with a bed of roses and cute hand towels made into swans. The only drawback would be the beach is not for snorkeling due to the waves but still beautiful and clean,great for lounging! Shopping is not within walking distance but busses are easily accessible and frequent (no long waits).

I studied online for a resort in Cancun for three months before I settled on the Live Aqua and must tell you we wasn't disappointed. Everything from the room which we upgraded to the club access to the staff, food and atmosphere was outstanding. I read online about complaints about wifi not very good which it wasn't but who cares last thing I wanted to do is look at a computer when you have a beautiful ocean to look at. The food was really good especially at the taco stand next to the pool but all was really good. We stayed 9 nights and the only complaint I have with the Live Aqua is we had to leave. If you don't want to spend the money for ocean view that would be ok because your at the pools and ocean all day. I would recommend this resort to anyone. It is not a party place but a very nice place for couples to relax in luxury. Also I have read online there is kids at this resort and I will tell you there isn't any kids.

We just returned from 4 nights at The Royal Playa Del Carmen. My husband and I haven't been on vacation without children since 2006...we had a blast! I was absolutely amazed by the grounds, the pool, the activities (Elements was incredible), the massages, and the drinks. I didn't think being right on 5th Street was going to be a big deal, but I was wrong! It was fun to break up the hot day by strolling down the street. Being able to go across the street to try other restaurants was a fantastic bonus, as well! Really, I don't have any complaints! It was a much needed vacation, and my husband and I both agreed it was fabulous!

received an upgraded room because they were overbooked, room was great, grounds perfect, pools wonderful, staff friendly, only complaint was the ocean was a bit choppy and murky because of a storm the week before. had a great time, lots of walking because their grounds were so big.

Fantastic hotel, very unique. You feel that you are part of a movie. We were upgrated to a fabulous suite with a sitting room. Staff were gratious and attentive. Location cannot be matched if you are visiting downtown. Lots of restaurants and things to do within a couple of blocks. Highly recommended, not part of a hotel chain

I only needed a hotel to stay overnight as I was traveling from another city to Mexico City and my international flight was departing at 9:00 am. I couldn't make a better choice. The hotel was not inky very conveniently located, it was a real treat. The attention, service, spotless and comfortable room made my stay a luxury one. I will definitely stay there again.
