Overall, our stay was good and comfortable. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the pools and amenities meet the expected Hilton standards. The location and general upkeep of the resort were definite positives and made for a relaxing environment.
However, two areas were a major letdown. The concierge service was very disappointing. We reached out for information on local activities and excursions, but the staff was not helpful or proactive, which was surprising for a Hilton property where guest support is usually a strong point.
The spa experience was also underwhelming. It felt quite average and did not align with what I would expect from Hilton in terms of service, ambiance, or overall experience.
In summary, while the property itself is solid and enjoyable, the concierge and spa services significantly detracted from the overall experience. With improvements in these areas, this resort could be much better.
