The address given is NOT the address of the property and I had to pull up the picture of the place on the app to compare to figure out that we were at the right location. “Charged me for the entire stay, didn’t allow me to stay because my ID had expired. I’ma traveling project manager and hadn’t even noticed my license expired a few days before. They took my money, refused to refund it and had a terrible attitude about it. I wouldn’t recommend as they make you send copies of your credit card and ID and then make you use an outside source to verify ID that’s when they refused to let me stay because of an expired license.
