“Wir waren sehr begeistert. Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus , alles da, was man braucht und noch mehr Die Lage ist spitze um nach Manhattan mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu kommen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmsten empfehlen.Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber ”

“The neighborhood was fine, and the host was polite and responsive, but unfortunately, our stay had several issues. We were told free street parking was available, but the street was full, and we learned we could receive a ticket without a local permit. We had to pay for parking five blocks away, adding unexpected costs and inconvenience.Cleanliness was disappointing. The bathroom floor felt sticky and had yellow stains and buildup. “What a wonderful house! We gathered our WHOLE family together to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday and the 4th of July- and it could not have been better. Just a walk to the ocean- a wonderful pool- rooms (and suites) for everyone- huge open area to cook and eat together- great decks- and a super nice neighborhood. The owner was so accommodating and helpful. Our whole family was so happy!”

“We had a great time at OCNJ. Condo was as expected. We loved the roof top deck! Would stay here again.”

“Beautiful property, great amenities, very clean. Loved the pool and patio area. Easy walk to boardwalk and beach. Jen and Vinny were great hosts. Would definitely rent again.”

“This is a beautiful home with everything you could need for a beach week. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. There are a lot of extras for the inside like games and for the outside, pool toys galore. The pool and hot tub were a fantastic way to relax and the street the house is on is just gorgeous with very friendly people and cute houses. Comfortable beds with plenty of room. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions that arose.”

“Parking is bad”

“Host is terrific. Our 3 adult sons and their families joined us on the Jersey site. All went well. Host was extremely accommodating. One son us a legislator and the other one's his own socialMedia business and internet was wonky. But host arranged and waited for service man to show up and repair. Lovely spot, gorgeous area, a block and one half from terrific beach. We loved it. ,”
