“It was a lovely stay. The house is spacious and enough for 5 people. We like the backyard and the kitchen mostly. We are the first guest but we liked it. Tram is exactly 13-15 min walk. Bus stop is also near by but not that frequent. On cleanliness washroom and cupboard can be little more but I am sure the host of this house is so good that he will take this point. Also I want to appreciate the host whose response was too quick. I was struggling with key to open and he advise me within a sec…....

“If you want to explore Edinburgh this is a really great location. While compact, we were comfortable as a family of 5, and the kitchen was very well stocked, with some lovely personal touches. Station and supermarket both an easy walk. Very nice.”

“Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. “Eight of us stayed in this home for one night. The home was impeccable and roomy, which is what we needed on our last night of vacation. If there is one drawback, it is that the home is located a few miles from the city center and, for us, not a walkable distance. But other than that, all in our group recommended this home. ”
