“Location was good. Check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. I don’t prefer to degrade but I also want to be honest though. The room was falling apart. There is obvious water damage. Drywall was falling off walls and ceilings. Several old patches. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed and bathroom were mostly clean, but the carpet was full of hair and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several spider webs on the walls and stains on part of the comforters....

“I really loved the room on the top floor facing Dover Castle. It was like having a wonderful piece of art just outside the window. I also loved the whiteness and the minimalistic interiors of the place. I used the kitchenette and it was totally fine except from the fridge which was so cold my fresh vegetables froze. I stayed for 5 nights and the only really downsides of the place was that the toilets were not being cleaned for several days. The owners were also very slow in responding to...
