“Perfect location for 3 Adults. A good value for a private, quiet and comfortable place to call a home away from home while seeing all the historic and memorable sights. I had a little trouble understanding the dual washer/dryer machine so had to air dry. May be good to have some instructions for those of use to two separate machines. Great host. ”

Minsta rum jag bott i! Kändes dock rent och fint och servicen var vänlig. Trappor upp till rummet (och även i rummet) trångt och svårt att bära väskan. Trevlig frukostmatsal med bra frukost. Området tråkigt. Ingenting runt hotellet och det gick inte ens att ta sig ner på stranden. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter.”

“Beautiful location over looking the lake, cosy and comfy on autumn days. Plenty of dog walks from the property or within a short drive. Scenic walks to local pubs. Would definitely recommend and visit again ”

“This property was sheltered from the winds and had a parking space. The kitchen was well equipped, water was hot, the beds were comfortable and the owner was responsive and willing to help. But the furniture in the sitting room needs replacing. The settees were sagging and uncomfortable and the only table had a missing caster and was tricky to assemble and cramped to use. We stayed at the end of the season, perhaps next year will be different.”

“We were a group of 10 women staying for a birthday celebration weekend. Fantastic central location. Great to have access to Hyde Park for a Sunday morning stroll. Minutes from Paddington station. Property was immaculately clean with plenty of bedding and towels. Overall a very comfortable stay.”

However, the location after a business day is ideal and so many personal touches, including a welcome label on the door personal to you! “My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. ”

“Really cosy and gorgeous little cottage! Bedroom was really comfy, ceiling a little low in parts if you’re 6.4’ and above! Breakfast was a nice easy fix. The view was excellent and the shared gardens were peaceful. Lawrence was helpful and welcoming.”

“Couldn’t recommend Clemens Beach House enough! Beautiful house, well furnished with all you’d need, great location 5 mins walk from a fabulous beach and 2 mins from a couple of good pubs! Ali and Freddie are great hosts who couldn’t be more welcoming!”
