I also loved the whiteness and the minimalistic interiors of the place. I used the kitchenette and it was totally fine except from the fridge which was so cold my fresh vegetables froze. “The accommodation was quiet, private, and had a cozy, cabin-like feel. Having both a washer and dryer was a major plus, especially while traveling. The space is a little older and somewhat cluttered, which made it feel less fresh than some places we have stayed, though it may have been more about the age of the property than the actual cleanliness. “Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

“Do not trust these guys. This property was advertised as available next day for a one night stay so I paid my booking fee in good faith. When I then requested the offline check in form by texting as instructed the host was rude and replied that:- 1. Reservations needed to be made earlier. 2. One night stays were not allowed 3. They had no availability for my booking 4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund. The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so...
