“The property is in a lovely area along the River Ness and About a 20 minute walk into the city along the river. It certainly has the wow factor and the apartment we had had everything we needed eg small fridge, microwave, stove top and oven plus all the plates and cutlery etc required for a short self catering stay. Would definately recommend this property.”

“Once you get used to not being a host and you have worked out the codes for all the doors it works ok. I understand the location but really could do with its own parking, luckily the road outside was under roadworks so I parked at the front.”

“Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

“Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and living areas. The garden was just beautiful and we spent a lot of time here. Communications with Jenni were excellent and Angie made us very welcome when we arrived. It was a family get together with a variety of ages and the house was just perfect for us. We would definitely return ”

“I was not aware of the aIcohoI free ruIe in the property untiI I read the house ruIes after booking, which meant I couId not enjoy a gIass of wine with my food. I was aIso disappointed with no kettIe in the room, which I thought was a bare minimum for pIaces these days. The shared fridge was aIso pretty fuII and I don't enjoy having to keep the food we brought in the car....I'd have a thought a smaII fridge in each room wouIdn't have put them out too much. That apart, it is a Pieasant enough...
