âI've stayed at this hotel before and it is my go-to whenever I'm in Istanbul. The staff is incredibly kind and service-minded, from the friends at the reception, the cleaners, the people working in the restaurant, the concierge, the security, everybody took great care of us. I will most certainly stay at Hilton Bomoni again whenever I'm in town. Thank you once again to all the personnel at the hotel who took great care of us. I'll see you again very soon.â
âVi var pĂ„ hotellet tvĂ„ nĂ€tter efter tre nĂ€tter pĂ„ ett enklare hotell invid Sultanamet. Hotellstandarden, lĂ€genheten och utsikten var fantastiska. Bemötandet i receptionen ok men fick oss inte att kĂ€nna oss sĂ€rskilt vĂ€lkommna. (LĂ„ng tid tills personalen orkade lyfta blicken och hĂ€lsa mm). I gym och spa var bemötandet trevligt. Barnen (5,9 och 10 Ă„r) uppskattade vistelsen mycket!â
âNot clean and super uncomfortable beds. Everyone raves about the staff but only one person was accomodating. Walls were paper thin, I heard peoples alarms in the morning, spitting in the sink, kids screaming, etc. If you are a family that needed the kitchen and space, sure but not for a couple.
We requested a double bed but got two single beds.
The toilet was not glued to the tiles so it moved every time you went to the toilet.
The furniture were very outdated and did not feel very clean.
