“Vi var på hotellet två nätter efter tre nätter på ett enklare hotell invid Sultanamet. Hotellstandarden, lägenheten och utsikten var fantastiska. Bemötandet i receptionen ok men fick oss inte att känna oss särskilt välkommna. (Lång tid tills personalen orkade lyfta blicken och hälsa mm). I gym och spa var bemötandet trevligt. Barnen (5,9 och 10 år) uppskattade vistelsen mycket!”

“Not clean and super uncomfortable beds. Everyone raves about the staff but only one person was accomodating. Walls were paper thin, I heard peoples alarms in the morning, spitting in the sink, kids screaming, etc. If you are a family that needed the kitchen and space, sure but not for a couple. We requested a double bed but got two single beds. The toilet was not glued to the tiles so it moved every time you went to the toilet. The furniture were very outdated and did not feel very clean.
