Wir haben Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternommen. Es gibt einen Bahnhof mit Verbindung nach Catania, Syrakus, Messina, Taormina. Im kleinen Ort Carruba ist alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, Bäcker, Lebensmittelläden, Pizzeria und eine nette Bar. Die Badestrände von Riposto und Cottone...

“Bra utrustat hus med bra ytor för umgänge och perfekta egna rum som man kan dra sig tillbaka i. Utsikten mot Etna var det lätt att vila ögonen på. I var 10 personer i tre generationer som trivdes i 10 dagar. Stort tack till Santos och Tiziana!”

It is clean, welcoming, nearby sights such as Catania and Aetna are easily reached, pool area was just perfect for us and the garden is incredibly beautiful. We especially liked that the different families could be accomodated in different and independent apartments. There is a big common area where we could all gather. Marilena and Sylvia went out of their way to make us feel at home and on our request...

“We had a fantastic week in this lovely house. The pool area was great and the pool was both large and deep. The kids loved swimming in the pool, and there were many lovely lounge areas. Extra cozy to be able to sit and watch the volcano Etna in the evening. Fantastic hosts who made sure we enjoyed our stay.”

“Alessandro was an excellent host and very communicative. Responses were prompt and helpful. He met us at the house when we arrived, even holding a parking spot for us in the front of the building. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The air conditioner was much appreciated because Sicily was 10 above normal the week we were there. We would definitely stay in this house and with this host again. One recommendation would be to bring some supplies for eating and...

“The Mori House is nicely remodeled, and very clean! It is a five minute walk to Catania Picanello train station, and three minute walk to a small grocery store and Tris Bar, which offers all snacks/meals. It is a forty minute walk into the historic center of Catania. The neighborhood is old and a bit run down, but safe. The property manager is excellent, providing quick and helpful responses to all communications. ”

“This is not a home at all, it’s an abandoned hostel in the ghetto. Do not rent here unless you can’t afford a tent to sleep in Half the units are outside and half are in. Dirty, rundown, infested, warehouse hostel that should be condemned. Rented for 4 days and My entire party of 8 left after a few hours. Make this Owner provide pictures of this place before you book. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOUR HOMELESS”

Trevligt hus utan sällskapsrum

"Ostört läge med stor trädgård strax utanför Acireale. Omgivet av citronlundar och med en härlig pool och utsikt mot Etna. Vi var 10 mat- och vinintresserade vuxna som hyrde. Köket var litet och inte så lättarbetat med litet kylskåp. Trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar."
