“Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit herrlicher Aussicht in ruhiger Lage. Blick auf das Meer.Großes, abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Autostellplatz.Grosse Terrasse mit schönem Pool. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, ....Bad klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.. Vermieter sehr freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit.Bei Ankunft wurden wir spät am Abend mit Pizza versorgt, da wir keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit mehr...

“Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll. Doch der aktuelle Zustand des Anwesens ist nicht mit den Fotos in der Anzeige vergleichbar. Vor Allem die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt.Die Übergabe des Objektes fand praktisch nicht statt. Der Schlüssel steckte im Schloss - Anwesenheit des Vermieters bzw. schriftliche Instruktionen - Fehlanzeige!!! Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Auf Reklamationen (abgebrochener Duschkopf, aus dem Leim gehende Stühle, Defekte Klimaanlage) wurde gar nicht bzw....

“We did not realise when we booked that no toilet paper could be flushed ( septic tank) Apparently this is quite common in Sicily. We had to empty all used toilet paper into the organic waste bin outside. The owners lived next door and were on hand for any issues. The access road to the property was very narrow but fairly short, a small car would be preferred for access reasons. The WIFI was not adequate for us to stream a film. ”

“Our host, Diego, was incredibly resourceful and communicated well before, during and after our stay. The location made all of Catania's center accessible by foot. Driving would have been insane, so we parked where Diego recommended (7 min. walk). The neighborhood has fun stuff going: restaurants, the castle, little piazza, music. With that comes a bit of trash that seems difficult to manage by all (certainly not expected of one home owner). ”

Vincenzo & Giuseppe, were accomodating, sweet, informative and sincere in their desire to share the history of the area, and the city. The house, we learned, was their home while they raised their children in Erice. “Delizioso monolocale con bellissimo giardino privato a pochi passi da Piazza Duomo, dotato di ogni comfort. Sala da bagno funzionalissima, di grande metratura con sanitari e rubinetterie di pregio. A disposizione anche un forno a legna in cucina ed un BBQ nel giardino. Buono il livello di pulizia, ottimo il segnale Wi-Fi.”
