“Nice place but be prepared to walk! A lot. It took 4 elevators to get to our room. The place is like a maze. It's nice with awesome views! The pool is great too. No swimming on the beaches. The food wasn't good either. The only good food was Mexican night. They did a smoked food night, that was so expensive and very bad. Otherwise, the place is great I just wish I mentally prepared for so much walking!”

Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“It was a great place, just like I remembered 10years ago. Our room was ocean front and newly renovated with beautiful taste. Bordeaux and Italian restaurants are a must. Didn’t care for breakfast buffet, eat at seaside grill. We were celebrating our anniversary and everyday they had a surprise in our room for us. Overall I would rate it a 10 for the amount you pay.
