“Wonderful home! Kitchen is very nice for cooking/hanging out with everyone across dining/living space. Ventilation would be improved in bedrooms with ceiling fans. The garage is set up as rec/game room but in Iowa summers and winters it is either too humid or too cold making the area less of an option for use. Used for events at Iowa State Fairgrounds with very easy interstate driving. Location close to bars/restaurants/shopping while being a quiet suburban neighborhood. Overall a very solid...

“Amazing house with an amazing host. I'll be adding a 3rd pin from my little NH town to the visitor map before too long.”

“Property unique and exactly as described.”

“I can't say enough about our stay at Walnut place. Very cozy and comfortable. we had more room than we needed. Comfortable beds, close to dining and shopping and most importantly it was CLEAN! If were in the area again, we will certainly stay here again and again!”

“We really enjoyed this property for a family reunion retreat. It was also conveniently located to get to most areas in Des Moines quickly. Super clean. The basement game room was a big hit for kids. The basement stays cold.”
