“The host makes everything real easy for you. You and your family will have a good time!”

“We had a great experience! We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. Many places we’ve stayed have only enough supplies for the time you’re there (I.e two garbage bags, two dish pods, etc.) but there were plenty of supplies to get us through. The only thing I wish I knew going in was that the kitchen didn’t have things like a sheet pan or measuring cup which required us to get creative with some of our cooking. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about our stay!”

“House was super clean and we had 8 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. Nice big table to eat together and a nice space downstairs to hangout together in the evenings. They had a yard game and hot tub by the fireplace for us to hangout in the yard in the evening as well. Pretty well everything we wanted to do was within 10-20 minutes. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook meals but the ice maker in the fridge was broke but had ice trays so wasn't a huge deal. Washer and dryer was...

“Property is spacious, well maintained and has all of the essentials you could ask for during a stay. The outdoor space is gorgeous with the slide being the perfect perk for kids and adults alike. Owner is very responsive to messages. Can’t wait to visit again.”

“Nice property close to everything”

“We were in town for a wedding. Pleased with our stay and convenience. The two basement bedrooms with 2nd gathering place would be ideal for separation of kids and adults. Main floor 2nd bedroom had its own bath, but did have the double bunk bed, some may prefer a queen bed in that room instead. Overall would definitely use this vrbo again.”

“The house was varry clean and had all we need to make it feel like home away from home. My kids loved it, and so did are dog. The yard was fully fenced in so my dog could run around and play. Jessica was verry nice and under standing, and she alwas got back to me if i had any questions. We had a great time very much recommended, we are hoping to stay there again sometime.”

“This is a lovely home with many spaces for guests to spread out. It also has a nice deck for relaxing with a cocktail before you head out to one of Cedar Rapids' locally owned restaurants. Great place for a family or girls' getaway!”

“This was the first VRBO we've ever used, and we were extremely impressed with the house, and the neighborhood! Traveling with children and pets was made so much easier due to the ease of access this place had to local attractions. Communication with the host was stellar and she was super easy to talk to if we had any questions!”

“The host answered questions quickly and the home was thankfully warm when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Just wish I could have found a hairdryer. I would definitely rent the house again.”
